Barista

Ella's on 2nd are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and light snacks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to guests and customers according to established recipes and standards.
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment maintenance and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to accompany beverages.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and service areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a hospitality or food service setting.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
