Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant/ Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

This position is for 30 hours a week. Hours for the position are flexible.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor bills
Track and record deliveries to customers
Distribute invoices for sales review
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry with high level of accuracy
Detail oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Ability to prioritize and multitask
