Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Qualifications:

• A/C certified and HVAC certification.
• Minimum 1 year of Appliance Repair experience.
• 2-3 years of experience with over 100 units in residential apartments.
• Truck ownership for supply pickups (if possible).
