Behavior Technician

• Working directly with clients and providing 1:1 ABA therapy within the clients home, school, and/or community settings.
• Implement the treatment plan that has been prescribed by the BCBA
• Working closely with program managers and BCBA’s
• Supporting families with day to day activities as outlined in the treatment plan
• Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to increase skill acquisition and modify maladaptive behaviors
• Data Collection
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families
• Attend and participate in company trainings to increase knowledge of ABA.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 6 Months or more of experience working with children or individuals with Autism and related disorders is preferred.
• If you do not have experience, we will train you!
• Willing to obtain RBT certification ( We will provide access to the 40 hour training and reimburse examination costs)
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (We will provide assistance if you are not certified)
• Reliable transportation and/or Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting and pass a background check
• Ability to provide negative TB test results
• Available to work afternoon shifts (2:00 PM-8:00 PM)
• Locations will be between San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and neighboring areas

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
