Standards and Evaluations Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX

Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI


Travel: Up to 15% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations required to support mission activities.


As a Standards and Evaluations Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, upgrading or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. As well as, assessing system vulnerabilities for security risks and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies while safeguarding appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.


Who You Are and What You Need:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a standards and evaluations analyst.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the facilitation, guidance, tracking, and documentation of standardization efforts across mission essential task areas, including tool configuration, local job guides, checklists, training, training task lists, training analysis worksheets, and crew aids.
  • Assist with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization by providing templates, suggested content, and best practices.
  • Develop weapon system crew force development program.
