We are Claybourne, one of the fastest growing cannabis flower brands in California. Our team is known for being highly dedicated to our retail partners and consumers while going above and beyond with flower quality, flower consistency and innovative new product development. We are hiring an experienced, hard-working, Flower Production Team Lead to help get us to the next level of production.

Job Summary 

As the Team Lead for Flower Packaging, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our automated flower manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in successfully running automated manufacturing machines and leading teams to achieve production goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the flower production team, ensuring efficient and timely production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the production team.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with supervisor and manager to ensure the proper functioning of automated manufacturing machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and above or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in running automated manufacturing machines and leading production teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis manufacturing is a + (but not necessary)  
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package and benefits ($18/hr to $20/hr, depending on experience and skill level).
  • Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance
  • Schedule – 6:30 am – 4:00 pm (M-F) 
  • Report to: Flower Production Supervisor
  • Work Location – Perris, CA
