As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by delivering precise cost estimates for potential projects and actively contributing to our inside sales initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand needs, provide product/service info, and propose solutions.
• Generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales team to strategize customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze project specs to accurately estimate costs.
• Liaise with engineering and production for cost calculations.
• Stay updated on industry trends for competitiveness.
• Communicate cost estimates clearly, addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate efforts across departments for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and interactions.
• Prepare reports on sales and estimation performance.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
• Solicit feedback to enhance products and services.

To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possess equivalent work experience. Demonstrated expertise in estimating and inside sales within the manufacturing sector, especially in sheet metal and CNC, is essential. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are required, alongside exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in estimation software and CRM tools is necessary, along with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Additionally, familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials is advantageous.
