CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

There are 3 main job descriptions for available positions, candidates are placed based on experience and qualifications. 

·         Reservation Agent

·         Dispatcher

·         Supervisor

Each position has different levels that increase your pay as you gain experience in the different skills associated with that position.  Advancement opportunities have been and will continue to be plentiful as the company continues to grow.  Promotions almost always come from within. 

 

What kind of a job is this?

Taking inbound calls for a national reservation and dispatch company for various taxi and other transportation companies across the country.  You will be working with passengers calling in to place a new reservation or assisting them with an existing one (NO SALES!).  This position can be full or part time.  You must type a minimum of 30 words per minute or more and be reliable.  This job is ideal for a variety of candidates including: individuals looking for advancement opportunities and bonuses based on performance, students who need a flexibility semester to semester, parents that need flexible scheduling due to their kids schedules, and retired individuals who want part time work.

 

What will you be doing?

A person wanting transportation in one of the areas we service calls a toll free number, which rings to the office in St. George.  Using the system, you will enter and set up their reservation.  You may also field calls from individuals wanting to confirm, update, or check on the status of their existing reservation.

 

What hours can you work?

Open 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.  Schedules are posted one week in advance and typically candidates ARE NOT bounced around from shift to shift.  Schedules are the same or similar from week to week.

 

How much does it pay?

With the “ON-TIME BONUS” you make $10.50 hourly to start and can increase to $13.00/hour bonuses in reservations.  Dispatch positions you could move into will range from $12.00-$15.00/hour.  Supervisor positions can range from $14.50-$17.50 per hour.  The “ON-TIME BONUS” works as follows:

On-time bonus - $1.50 for every hour you work during the week if you simply show up on time for all shifts during your paid week.  YES, YOU GET PAID WEEKLY!  This is the easiest bonus in the world.  You should expect to earn this bonus and we want you to!  Additional bonuses are available but not applicable to all positions.
