CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Delta Health Coaching offers superior Health Coaching to help our customers see results in all aspects of their health journey. Customers start Health Coaching through online courses, after which they will have the opportunity to work with a Personal Health Coach. Our Customer Service team’s goal is to provide education and guide their customers through the Online Health Coaching courses over the phone and through email. As part of this team, you will provide customers with solutions and get them excited about Health Coaching.

*This is a full-time and on-site position

What You Will Do:

• Commit customers to taking action and improving their health
• Educate customers about their Health Coaching benefit
• Assist customers in completing their Online Health Coaching courses
• Overcome any barriers that may prevent the customer from seeing results
• Offer education and answer questions
• Help customers over the phone and by email
• Motivate customers in a positive and uplifting manner
• Properly track and document customer accounts
• Meet with your team and manager regularly to strategize and improve
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
