To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate fit for specific positions
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment, sourcing, and selection techniques
  • Solid communication skills which are relatable to various organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, written/oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding
  • LinkedIn Certification a plus; expeirence with iCIMS ATS a plus

This position supports all Indirect Sales groups.  The main function of this position is to manage the full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs filling positions such as Account Managers, Sales Trainers, Operation's Analysts, and other Management and Professional-level candidates.  This position will be responsible for advancing the DISH brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the DISH selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.  

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to scope job position to gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team
  • Mine, source and interview candidates, set up interviews for hiring managers, administer candidate questionnaires, and extend job offers
  • Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidates through constant proactive sourcing and networking
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Envision and execute creative ideas to drive qualified applicant flow
  • Maintain a working knowledge of DISH HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
  • Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
