Off Lease Only is, the nation's largest independently owned used car destination is currently Automotive Sales Specialists for the Palm Beach Location. With locations in Palm Beach, Miami, and Orlando, Off Lease Only has become one of the fastest growing automotive dealerships in the USA. Responsibilities * Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the other warranty representatives and the representative of any approved aftermarket company with which the dealership conducts business. * Become familiar with and administer the after-market warranty company policies and procedures. * Maintain a record of all cancellations submitted to the department Day to day data entry * Write and distribute high volume email, correspondence documents, letters, faxes and forms * Assist in maintaining regularly scheduled reports * Manage workflow daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly * Respond to questions and requests for information Qualifications * Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word.
