- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company database.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry regulations and product knowledge.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
