Growing company in the North Dayton area is looking for a Production Technician in the plastic department to join their team. Pay for this position is $16.00 to $22.00 an hour based on experience. This is a direct hire position with full benefits. As a Production Technician you will be responsible for the following:
Provide technical support to Production Department.
Troubleshooting equipment, tooling, materials, and processing issues.
Assist in new product start up.
Develop operation standards.
Reading blueprints and drawings.

Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting and documenting skills.
Experience with Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
