Are you ready to join a leading sustainable plastic packaging company? Staffmark is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team in Vandalia, OH. Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating workdays (2 on/3 off/2 off/3 on)
Pay: $19.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. shift differential

As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of plastic parts by performing inspections using calipers, height gauges, scales, and other specialized quality lab equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting QA audits, documenting findings, and providing training to associates.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience
  • Preferred experience with physical lab testing equipment including calipers, scales, digital height gauges, and compression force testing equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Capable of making decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills
