Job Description
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Role Description: Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and ensuring that ARM clients’ service needs are met and driving overall success to meet or surpass client KPI’s. Account Managers operate as a liaison between the client and ARM with their priority being to address the needs of our customers and respond to concerns in a quick and effective manner. This role is most effective when developing and maintaining strong working relationships and focused on continual learning.

This role does require traveling roughly 25% of the time.

Role Objectives:

- Primary point of contact and owner for all matters regarding designated client concerns and needs

- Create, strengthen, and maintain client relationships by acting as a client advocate

- Be a proactive source for identifying performance needs and opportunities

- Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies for both clients and internal operations

- Identify opportunities for increased revenue and profitability programs

- Knowledgeable about client policies and statements of work and needs in the areas that client operates

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee overall performance and status with Key Accounts

- Collaborate with outside departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs.

- Prepare reports on account status

- Track client assigned key performance indicators

- De-escalate client concerns and effectively communicate resolutions to address the concerns

- Generate proposals for client approval based on client and internal company guidelines

- Stay aware of best practices and recommend process developments for the client and ARM internal operations.

Location: Position is based In Spring Lake ARM Office

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in Account Management or similar

- Proficient with MS Office and other software

- Adhere to company and client processes/procedures

- Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

- Ability to track and analyze data

- Ability to prioritize, adapt and manage time productively
