Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Onsite OT Project Manager responsibilities include:

* Responsibility for the execution of Commissioning and Qualification of multiple Control Systems and OT Applications.

* Main point of contact with Client

* Familiar with best practice project execution methodologies and standards

* Develop and maintain project plan in conjunction with OT Lead Engineers across multiple platforms from multiple vendors.

* Prepare progress reports for Client and joint governance team.

* With the OT Lead Engineers provide evidence of efficiencies gain by re-use and optimization

* Co-ordinate and monitor site activities.

* Signature Authorization of all the Contractors project specific commercial and operational issues

* General administration of the Project

* Project change control

* Broad OT project implementation experience

* Be the primary liaison with both the client and visiting third-party OT vendors.

* Coordinate with site safety, site construction, Cognizant teams, and third-party OT vendors to ensure daily/weekly activities can all coexist without interfering with each other.

* Ensure that the proper resources are available to support planned activities (testing [SAT/IQ/OQ], batch/recipe activities, etc.). This includes keeping track of hybrid workers that will be at site for several weeks at a time and vendors that will be sending resources to site for specific activities.

* Help with the planning and coordination of major daily / weekly OT activities.

* Communicate with remote Cognizant resources (Program Manager, Scheduler, other PM's) to ensure proper planning, issue identification and resolution, and provide status updates.

* Help enforce Cognizant site rules and guidelines (including GMP/GAMP). Ensure that Cognizant workers have/use proper PPE to do their work safely.

* Work with document manager(s) and CSV team to make sure that all documentation is prepared and communicated properly.

Required Qualifications:

* Must have experience in OT Projects in a regulated Life Science Environment

* Ability to understand and manage commercial contracts.

* Broad Understanding of OT technology implementation

* Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP

* Experience of Stakeholder management with a corporate environment

* Understanding of OT technology implementation

* Typically, over 8 years relevant industry experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
