Job Description
2nd Shift Translator
Louisville, KY
$20/hr.
2 pm- 10 pm
Mandatory OT
About the 2nd Shift Translator Duties:
- Assisting temp/ perm associates in translating job duties, trainings, reading and writing materials needed, and will assist Supervisors during shift in carrying out these duties.
- Communicate directions to FA's and assist with all communication as needed in Spanish and English.
2nd Shift Translator Qualifications:
- Six months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with quality assurance and light computer skills desired
- Able to read and understand process work instructions
- Ability and willingness to make suggestions to supervisor as to changes or improvements to be made in product or work area.
- Above average attendance record
- Must be able to work overtime, off-shifts, weekends, holidays and shutdowns when necessary
- Good attitude with co-workers and toward job responsibilities.
