Headlands is seeking an EXPERIENCED Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our substance treatment program contract in Dodgeville, WI

We are currently hiring for a FULL TIME WEEKDAY (M-Th) and FULL TIME WEEKEND (F-Sun) position involving the following:

• ON-SITE POSITION
• FULL TIME, with Health Benefits and 401k
• 3 weeks of PTO annually
• Weekday position: M-Th 8AM - 6PM
• Weekend position: F-Sun 8AM - 6PM
• Admissions and follow-up assessments at addiction treatment centers
• Ongoing supervision/education and support provided by addiction specialist MDs and psychiatrists.
• Productivity incentive plan with opportunities to earn additional income

This is a position for an experienced mid-level provider who is comfortable managing mental health conditions and low complexity primary care issues. The position is a good fit for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, can work autonomously and independently and is agreeable to an ON-SITE , in-person position.

Related to the healthcare area we serve, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and flexibility are necessary attributes for success in this position.

Successful Candidate MUST have the following:

• 3+ years of post-training experience as an NP and PA
• Demonstrated longevity in previous professional positions
• Current NP or PA license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current and active DEA license in the state of Wisconsin
• Efficient in multi-tasking and managing workflow. Experienced and able to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication.
• Ability and willingness to commute to Dodgeville, WI

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Experience in addiction treatment including withdrawal management
• Experience with medication assisted treatment protocols including buprenorphine and naltrexone.
• PMHNP or PA/NP with significant experience in treating psychiatric conditions.
