The system is a 5-star rated independent acute care hospital with four primary care clinics across Dane, Sauk and Columbia Counties in Southern Wisconsin. You would be part of a team of four family practitioners and two advanced practitioners in a forward thinking, independent healthcare organization where everybody knows your name. High-quality collaborative healthcare and the personal touch are keys to practicing in this system that includes services such as outpatient care, OB/GYN, med/surg, emergency and a nationally recognized center of excellence in joint replacement program.

• No inpatient or ER responsibilities
• Limited call responsibility on weekends (1:7) which is shared with a large system team of family medicine colleagues
• Outdoor enthusiasts will love the serenity of small town living in this location along the Wisconsin River. There are year-round recreational opportunities, including an outdoor Shakespearian theater and world class golf course.
• There is also a proximity to Madison and all of the amenities that a university offers.
