PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – e.g. bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, etc.
  • Assists with transfers (bed to chair/wheelchair, wheelchair to commode, etc), as needed
  • Assists with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) – e.g. light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc.
  • Reports supervisor of any changes in client’s condition
  • Completes required documentation accurately and on time
  • Respects and maintains client confidentiality, at all times
  • Consistently provides exemplary client care
