Responsibilities:
Development and design of both Instructor Lead and eLearning content utilizing adult learning concepts and curriculum development.
Design job aids, infographics, and micro learnings.
Familiarity and/or experience with instructional design tools, including Cornerstone, Rise, Storyline 360, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
Assist in the administration of our learning management system and weekly reporting.
Preferred candidates will have the following additional qualifications and skills:
Facilitation of instructor lead, in-person training programs for both large and small groups at the associate and managerial level.
Work with our Training Cafes to ensure consistent delivery of our Manager in Training curriculum.
Preferred candidates will have the following additional qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Portuguese.
