Join Our Team as an AR Clerk in Fort Mill, SC!

Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers? We're looking for an AR Clerk to join our team and help secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts, time sheets, and preparing billing in Fort Mill, SC. This position offers a competitive pay range of $19-$21 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Post timesheets, material invoices, and change orders to job orders.
-Accurately enter data into the Accounting System.
-File documents into project folders.
-Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
-Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
-Follow directions carefully and comply with regulations and accounting principles.
-Perform any additional tasks that are asked or needed to be completed.

Skills and Specifications:

-Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
-Attention to detail – able to catch errors and question something that looks out of place.
-Strong planning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
-Highly collaborative with demonstrated positive results in working with people.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Project-based A/R experience preferred.
-Flexible in supporting a team environment and willing to cover other responsibilities as requested.

Education and Qualifications:

-Work experience in the field of Construction and/or Project Based Accounting.
