Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for an immediate contract position until the end of the school year. The successful candidate will work with a K-12 caseload, providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with students
• Collect and accurately record data on student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards at all times

Requirements:

• RBT certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
