Test Support Specialist

S2Technologies is seeking a skilled Test Support Specialist to support the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Data Sciences Division in meeting their mission of providing developmental and production testing of defense programs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide test support consisting of: 1) design and build ad-hoc networks for use by test personnel; 2) provide infrastructure/boundary/network monitoring; 3) maintain the network(s); 4) troubleshoot and repair the networks; and 5) provide for the defense and operations support, upon request. The Government anticipates 400 - 600 labor hours per year.

· If the support given spans more than one test event, a separate ticket will be created and the support given to each test will be documented in the appropriate ticket.

· Create a test-related ticket in the ticket tracking system. Include in the comments section of the ticket the following: 1) name of the test; 2) name of the test officer; 3) description of the support requested; 4) a list of parts and materials required; 5) transportation requirements that exceed the DSD capability; and 6) an estimate of the labor requirement. As a minimum the labor estimate will be for the total number of hours. If known, the day and number of person(s) and hour(s) by contractor personnel will be included.

· Notify the CIO and COR via email if there is any anticipated impact that test support will have on daily operations. The Contractor shall annotate the ticket with any information about all support requirements that exceed the original estimate, to include new estimated duration and total required manhours.

· Coordinate with Test Control Officer as necessary.

Experience:

· 1-10 years of relevant test support experience

Education:

Certifications:

· IAT Level II (i.e., Security+, etc.)

Security Clearance:

· Active Secret
