EARTH ORIGINS MARKET'S ideal candidate will be responsible for Sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development along with fostering an environment of teamwork/collaboration among store staff. You will work to gain client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. The Assistant Manager provides support and back up for the store manager while training to become a Store Manager. This position is considered a key player in our store success. A good Assistant Manager can expect quick promotion if desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a great customer experience
  • Educate and engage customers through our products
  • Be a team player on the retail sales team
  • Be creative making eye catching displays
  • Show passion pride and commitment to succeed
  • Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
  • Direct employees in daily operation such as serving customers, inventory, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing.
  • Assign duties to relevant employee.
