Overview:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with our client, you will play a vital role in providing patient care, managing medication administration, and ensuring adherence to facility procedures. Working under supervision, you will contribute to maintaining patient well-being and upholding quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various patient care duties under supervision to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Manage medication administration and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide medication education to patients and complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Conduct computer data entry tasks as required to maintain patient records.
• Adhere to facility Standard Operating Procedures to maintain compliance and ensure patient safety.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Shifts vary to accommodate staffing needs, with particular demand for evening and night shifts.
• Employees enjoy every other weekend off.
• Start dates are flexible, with a minimum of 5 days provided for processing pre-employment requirements.
• New hires receive 2-3 weeks of on-unit mentorship to facilitate integration and training.
