Skilled Carpenter - Concrete Laborer

We need a dedicated full-time Skilled Carpenter - Concrete Laborer to join our Rice Lake, WI team and produce incredible results for our clients.

This position comes with a competitive wage of $24.00 - $32.00/hour, with the ability to earn more as a foreman.

In addition to excellent benefits, such as a 401(k) plan with a 5% match, health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays, we also offer position-specific perks, including some of the necessary tools, safety equipment, transportation from the shop to the job site, and a per diem for daily and overnight travel expenses outside of our local area.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR NEW ROLE

You typically work 4 - 5 days/week, with occasional weekends and travel required. Our service area extends to about an hour away from Rice Lake in all directions.

As a Skilled Carpenter - Concrete Laborer, your days are filled with hands-on work and a diverse range of projects. You showcase your expertise by reading plans and blueprints to ensure precise execution. From carpentry to concrete finishing, you are involved in every step of the process, working diligently to create high-quality results. You work alongside our dedicated team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth project coordination and successful completion.

• 1+ years of residential or commercial experience in the design and building industry
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and punctual
