What's it like to be a Bill Marsh Sales Department Leader?

A successful day in the life of a sales manager consists of multiple variables. To stay efficient and profitable daily, you will be scheduling accordingly to business needs, having genuine conversations with customers, coaching and empowering your team, and keeping all your sales records up to snuff. This can sound a bit cumbersome, but you will have organizational tools and resources to accomplish this on a daily basis and much more! What are the job qualifications and opportunities?

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Two to four years related Management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management/Leadership Experience Preferred.


  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards. If you have questions or concerns about your personal license history, let's talk about it!

What are the compensation and benefits details?

The pay range for this position is $40,000-65,000 plus. Bonuses are available. Your starting salary will be determined by your experience and qualifications.
