This bartending position is part-time and has a flexible schedule. Typically, our Bartenders work between 5 PM - 1 AM, Tuesday - Saturday.

Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MIXOLOGIST - BARTENDER

In this bartending and customer service position, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience for our restaurant guests. As a bartender, you are responsible for a range of duties, including preparing various drinks and cocktails, maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization, and ensuring timely service. You warmly greet patrons as they approach the bar and take their drink orders, engaging them in conversation while making their beverages.

Prompt food service is also a top priority, and you communicate regularly with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow. Meanwhile, you keep an eye on incoming drink orders from other tables and fulfill them. Your workday also includes tracking inventory levels, restocking the bar, and keeping a clean workspace. You take pride in creating delicious drinks and interacting with our valued customers. It's a lot of fun!
