Job Description
Build reports and inquiries as requested by coworkers to provide insight on customer orders and distribution trends. Primarily working with our Acumatica ERP system, which is a cloud based mid-market ERP platform that includes all accounting, inventory management and CRM systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with help desk
Assist with daily administration of ERP
Provides 1st tier support to end users on a variety of issues
Utilizes SharePoint to document, track, escalate, and timely resolve issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems or a relevant subject matter preferred.
- 2-3 years helpdesk experience
- 2-3 years equivalent work experience in an enterprise network/windows domain/Cloud environment
EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS
- ERP experience
- SQL, SQL script, and C#(optional)
- Power BI
- SharePoint online
- On-Site and remote helpdesk support
- Windows 10/11, Mac OS
- Windows Server 2008-2019 (Entry level)
- Network troubleshooting (Entry level)
- VM knowledge
- Config/Deployment/support of equipment (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, smartphones, video surveillance, etc.)
- Helpdesk ticketing system
