About the role:
We are looking for a Senior ReactJS Developer to join our Team.
This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of the role is to drive the development of front-end components
- You will be responsible for high quality, performant deliverables and for helping to create, evangelize, and enforce the standards necessary to meet team and company goals for the customer experience
- Develop and implement reusable, high quality, highly responsive components for both web and mobile using react concepts
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a maintainable, resilient, performant manner
- Translate wireframes and designs/requirements into high quality, maintainable code
- Analyze and recommend suggestions for UX usability and performance
- Participate in multi-resource projects in an agile
- Evaluate/recommend industry standards, tools, and methods
- Document software design and contribute to design reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree.
- At least 5-7 years in front-end development with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency in migrating legacy frontend code to modern frontend tech stack (React / Typescript)
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear
- Takes full ownership over decisions, actions, and failures
- Experience working in a Scrum/agile environment
- Good communications skills in both writing and verbal.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 9 AM to 5 PM EST
