Salesforce Lead / Technical Analyst Fully remote. Contract - 6+ months. Job Description: In this role, the Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in the development, analysis, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions for our client's high-tech and e-commerce customers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality Salesforce solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities will involve working within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components (LAC) to develop and enhance Salesforce applications. Additionally, the role will involve examining existing systems, devising logic for new systems, and adjusting applications to meet specified requirements and technical design documents. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Salesforce development, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. They will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our client's customers. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components (LAC). Examine existing applications and systems, devising logic for new systems and enhancements. Adjust and configure applications and systems per specified requirements and technical design documents. Create and secure approval for system and development documentation. Ensure the Product Backlog is well-groomed with user stories ready for development, including well-defined acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Tech Lead to devise implementation solutions for user stories. Proficient in SAFe Agile methodologies and ceremonies. Execute custom development within the Salesforce platform. Take technical ownership, investigating and resolving deployment errors during production deployments. Conduct technical reviews for ongoing stories and coordinate with the release team for timely deployments. Perform requirements analysis and determine implementation solutions for minor enhancement stories. Required Experience/Skills 15+ years of overall experience in software development and technical analysis roles. Strong proficiency in Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components (LAC). Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts and architects to anticipate and address present and future business requirements. Experience examining current applications and systems, devising logic for new systems. Experience adjusting and configuring applications/systems per specified requirements and technical design documents. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in SAFe Agile methodologies and ceremonies. Experience working with high-tech or e-commerce clients. Salesforce certification is mandatory (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II). Nice-to-Haves Personal interest and passion for the high-tech or e-commerce industries. Experience with other Salesforce development tools and frameworks (e.g., Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL). Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System and best practices for building user interfaces. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ant Migration Tool). Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Pay & Benefits Summary Competitive pay rate of $70/hr on W2 contract basis.
