(Job # 2436) Certified Nursing Assistant for a wonderful full time position in a medical practice on beautiful Catalina Island. Provide high-quality care to long term care residents while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Enjoy “Island living” free weekends and fantastic employment benefits
JOB DETAILS
- Assists patients with feeding, walking, transferring and personal hygiene
- Performs procedures such as dispensing/retrieving bedpans, using skin care products
- Reports observations and outcomes of activities performed
- Records and reports vital signs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CNA certification
- Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives
- Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to licensed practical nursing
- Demonstrate the willingness and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others
- Be flexible and demonstrate teamwork
- Minimum 3-6 months experience in SNF setting
- Ability to make a 1-year commitment
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary Range:$20.00 To 22.00 Hourly
- M-F 8a-5pm (plenty of time to enjoy sunset dinners at the beach!!!)
