Job Description

Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

A School in Bayard, New Mexicois currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 23/24 School Year. As a Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the education and lives of students in PreK, Elementary, or High School settings. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Valid California teaching credential in Special Education
Experience working with students with mild to moderate learning needs
Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting the individual needs of each student
