Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a variety of academic and behavioral settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Employ various instructional techniques, technologies, and materials to facilitate student learning and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and student records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field (or equivalent).
• Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
