Job Requirements:

Required:

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, or other closely related field
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Community service experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to build external and internal relationships
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and in team setting with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Specific Job Functions:

  • Actively participate in a Communications internship gaining valuable on-the-job training
  • Work with assigned mentors to gain experience and first-hand knowledge
  • Present how Fidelity Bank appears on social media versus the competition
  • Explore virtual and in-person networking opportunities to grow our brand
  • Research response rates for various outbound sales activities
  • Spend time with sales team to understand go-to market strategies
  • Spend time in the field on joint calls and networking events
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your career and build internal and external relationships
  • Participate in community building activities with managers
  • Adhere to guidelines of trainee program
  • Complete a thorough evaluation of the department at the internship completion
  • Performs other duties as appointed by management.
  • Complies with regulatory rules and regulations, evidenced through successful completion of training, and demonstrated ability.
