We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic person for Raw Materials Assistant. The Raw Materials Assistant's overall responsibility is to make sure 24 hours of material is available for production. They will work with Production and our off-site warehouse team to make sure that materials are available where and when they are needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print report daily to determine 24 hours of material for production and make request to warehouse.
• Unload materials from warehouse trailer and store in designated areas determined by scanning to locate.
• Load any product no longer needed onto trailer to send back to warehouse.
• Maintain pallet supply.
• Receive incoming products and deliver to appropriate personnel, verify that what is delivered matches the packing slip, noting discrepancies and notifying the Buyer of the issues.
• Label all items with the required labels
• Use scanners to put products away in the assigned locations.
• Arrange small shipments via UPS.
• Arrange movement of inventory to warehouse as requested by Distribution.
• Verify inventory items when requested by inventory assistant or manager.
• Conduct cycle counts in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned which could include working in assembly, grinding parts or running a machine.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use RF Scanners
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
