Pallet Builder

As a Pallet Builder/Repair (also known as Materials Handler, Warehouse Operator), you'll build and repair pallets using heavy equipment, operate forklifts to manage materials, utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, and collaborate with team members to facilitate shipping and receiving processes.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using Hand Tools and Basic Power Tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally and perform heavy lifting tasks.
• Experience in operating forklifts and handling materials in a distribution center.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• High performance in quality and quantity of work, judgment/knowledge of the job, attendance/reliability, teamwork/attitude, taking initiative, and following policy and safety requirements.
