- Enhance relationships with existing clients
- Participate in preparing and submitting proposals for new work; Develop, distribute and coordinate RFQ's and RFP's for professional services and constructors
- Responsible for monitoring and leading multiple projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously to ensure budgetary and scheduling restrictions are adhered to and comply with stated objectives.
- Attend and participate in meetings with the Client, Architect, Constructors, and other professional service firms
- Prepare and make presentations to Clients as requested for projects in progress
- Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
- 7-10 years building, design and construction experience in the following areas: project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field
- Experience working for an Owner's Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred
- Construction cost estimating experience is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
- Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Grand Rapids or be willing to relocate to these areas for this opportunity
- Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20-50% overnight travel
