Taco Time #6388 in Spokane Valley, WA is looking for one supervisor to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 12404 E. Sprauge Avenue. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train employees
• Manage daily payroll spending budget
• Create and distribute employee schedules in a timely manner
• Motivate staff keeping them on task and assisting when needed

Qualifications

• Experience working as a supervisor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to train and lead a team to success
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Previous food service experience preferred
