Job description
Event Cleaners keep assigned areas, such as arenas, convention centers, sports stadiums, in clean and orderly condition. We are looking for a leader who has a strong management background with managing a large number of people.
Success Criteria
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Assign work assignments to the team.
- Maintain clean work area
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
- Understand
- Communicate needs with staff
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
- Ensure employees use proper PPE
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems and the environment
- Instilling trust

- A solid commitment to the guest experience
- Always remember safety first
- Build respectful relationships with all teammates and guests
- Willingness to take directions from the Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
- Coordinate activities with other internal departments
- Participate in team meetings
Ideal Candidate Experience
- 1+ year of cleaning experience preferred
- Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Strong Management experience
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring that team memebers are aware of tasks that need to be completed
- Ensuring that team members stay on task
- Ensure that checklist is completed for the night
- Ensure quailty of the work preformed.
- May perform other duties as assigned
