JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is currently hiring for a Fabrication Shop Supervisor for Night Shift interested in working with assemblies for machined parts of 40,0000 pounds plus.
JOB FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITES
- Assign daily work to Fabrication personnel
- Maintain production schedules
- General assistance to Fitters and/or Welders
- Communicate with other department supervisors in coordination with production needs.
- Interview, train, evaluate and discipline employees
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
- Extensive experience with understanding Fabrication drawings
- Operate shop equipment; cranes/hoist, forklift, weld machines, etc.
- Knowledge of Fabrication and Welding principals
- Ability to lead and motivate 15+ employees
