Bilingual Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our onsite team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role offers an enriching opportunity to provide hands-on occupational therapy services within a supportive environment, directly impacting the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific occupational therapy goals.
• Administer individual and group therapy sessions onsite, ensuring personalized care for each client.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
