RFP Analyst

A National Medical Supplies Distributor is seeking: 

As a Senior RFP Analyst, you will coordinate with account managers and sales leadership to develop RFP/RFQ proposal documents following brand standards.

You will confer with other internal teams to ensure complete, accurate content and maximize business opportunities. A successful candidate will work with the RFP dept Management on elevations, review small to mid-level RFP’s, and may provide day-to-day guidance to less senior Proposal Analysts.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage all aspects of proposal creation, including response, format, editing, and updating the project queue daily, and meet all proposal deadlines.
• Coordinate RFP review meetings with the Sales team to identify areas of opportunity, clarify sales strategy specific to the proposal, and partner opportunities where necessary.
• Provide accurate, thorough, completed RFP draft presentation to appropriate parties and final proposals/sales presentations to Account Managers as required
• Work with Management to troubleshoot elevations, review peer work, and provide additional support as needed.
• In absence of Team Supervisor-Sr. Analyst will fill in
• Collaborates with team to create proposal responses for complex or unique inquiries
• Maintenance of content repository; including adding new data and updating existing content
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years’ experience in RFP or proposal experience required
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including excellent time/project management under tight deadlines
• Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional business relationships across all levels of the organization
• Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Skilled in effective listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points, asking questions as appropriate

DETAILS:

• Temp-To-Hire
• Pay = $35-$37/hr.
• Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
