POSITION: Data Entry Assistant for Occupational Health Records Management System
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: .4-.6 FTE (32-48 hours per pay period), Temp - to last 2-5 months.
WORK SCHEDULE: Days
DEPARTMENT: Clinic Quality Management

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Assistant supports the Employee Health department's conversion of paper-based employee health records to the Occupational Health Management (OHM) electronic system.
What you'll do when you join us:
- Assist EOHS staff with record conversion from paper to electronic format.
- Interpret vaccination records and lab results to determine correct data entry fields and enter data into OHM system.
- Scan paper records into OHM system after data entry is complete.
- Audit scanned elements for quality, accuracy, and completeness of scanning.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- RN, LPN, or CMA experience preferred.
- Experience administering vaccines and interpreting vaccination records.
- Ability to interpret lab results for data entry purposes.
- Ability to learn electronic data base data entry.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines while being flexible.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital policies, vision, mission and values.
- Maintains reliable and consistent attendance.
