About the position:
Responsibilities for Dental Hygienist
- Document patient care and treatment plans
- Examine and assess patient’s oral health
- Create oral health charts for dentist
- Perform X-rays
- Perform SRPs
- Educate and counsel patients on dental health, plaque control, oral hygiene and nutrition
- Prepare patients for oral examination and assist other dental professionals in providing treatment

Qualifications for Dental Hygienist:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in NJ
- Experience using Softdent or Dentrix Software
- Experience using Dexis Xray software is preferred
- Must possess Radiology Certification
- Must possess CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to follow outlined policies and guidelines
- Possess a professional and positive attitude
- Great bedside manner
- Create a safe, effective environment
- A team player
- Thorough and diligent in treating patients
Compensation:
$50 - $55hr depending on experience
