The Opportunity
Description

We're looking for a Loan Doc Processor, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Des Moines, Iowa, United States.

• Supportin performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complexloans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loanproducts.
• Performloan documentation for moderately complex loans.
• Processand close for loan products.
• Interpretloan documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, anddocumentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, andsubsequent follow ups.
• Receivedirection from loan documentation supervisor and escalate non-routinequestions.
• Manage anassigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other LoanDocumentation individuals.
• Interact with immediate loan documentation team andfunctional area on routine process.

Experience Required for Your Success

• 2+ years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,military experience, or education.
• Underwriting/processing experience.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage documents and processes highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft office knowledge, especially in Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.
