Documentation Specialist

Note:

• The position is Onsite. (No work from home)
• Must have Loans or Documentation related experience.

Position Details:

• Position: Loan Documentation Processor
• Client: Fortune 500
• Industry: Banking
• Job duration: 9 Months (Possible Extension)
• Shift: Mon-Fri (start times between 7:00am-8:30am)
• Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 (Onsite)
• Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. (without benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Neither will be customer facing, however they will call/email Settlement Agents/Title Companies as their main function.
• The MR’s will be required to utilize Excel to obtain their daily work, so the ability to use this program is a requirement.
• Additionally, both processes will require very careful attention to detail in order to eliminate the need for the client to redisclose documents to borrowers.
• Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures for loan products.
• Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans.
  Process and close for loan products.
