FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and data entry. If you have a strong background in accounting and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
OVERVIEW OF THE FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:
- Conduct timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Bookkeeper manages accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to update financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Bookkeeper collaborates with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Bookkeeper must have solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
