Second shift 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM
Rotating schedule:
Work 2, off 2
Work 3, off 2
Work 2, off 2
Work 2, off 3
Work average of only 15 days per month!
$19.50 per hour
This is an approximately a 3-month position. Good workers will be considered to transition to a temp-to-hire or full-time employee!
What’s a typical day as a Wet Blending Operator?
• Wet blenders will handle 2-3 blends a day, it takes approximately 4 hours to do a blend
• Break down powders for the mixtures
• CIP’s (automated cleaning, just push a button and it cleans the tank) of lines and blend tanks
• Stage and blend ingredients
• Make sure line and tank connections are secure.
• Record weights, manufacturing lot numbers, and QC checks.
• Follow recipes to blend products according to process description manual.
• Wash and clean equipment per the sanitation manual. Follow GMP program and rules.
• Operate computer for reporting and tracking purposes
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed (training provided)
