Kelly® is hiring a Machine Operator to work at a food manufacturing client in Rochester, MN. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.

Second shift 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM

Rotating schedule:

Work 2, off 2
Work 3, off 2
Work 2, off 2
Work 2, off 3
Work average of only 15 days per month!



$19.50 per hour


This is an approximately a 3-month position. Good workers will be considered to transition to a temp-to-hire or full-time employee!

What’s a typical day as a Wet Blending Operator?
• Wet blenders will handle 2-3 blends a day, it takes approximately 4 hours to do a blend

• Break down powders for the mixtures
• CIP’s (automated cleaning, just push a button and it cleans the tank) of lines and blend tanks
• Stage and blend ingredients
• Make sure line and tank connections are secure.
Record weights, manufacturing lot numbers, and QC checks.
Follow recipes to blend products according to process description manual.
Wash and clean equipment per the sanitation manual. Follow GMP program and rules.
• Operate computer for reporting and tracking purposes
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed (training provided)
